Some Serious Gourmet Sips

We start with specialty grade greens (unroasted coffee beans (seeds)) from Guatemala and roast them in small batches on a traditional drum roaster. Choose medium to highlight the coffee’s natural sweetness and brighter character, or dark for deeper, bittersweet flavors and a more traditional cup.
